Spiced Jaboticaba Jelly

A medium/firm set jelly, with a lush dark purple colour. Bittersweet fruit character, spiced with cassia and cloves.

How to enjoy

Perfect charcuterie or cheese board accompaniment, and especially delicious with blue cheese or a creamy brie. This jelly is incredibly versatile, served well with red game meat dishes, such as venison or kangaroo. It also goes amazing as a jam spread on toast.

Sugar, jaboticaba (35%) water, glucose, pectin (440), cassia, citric acid, (330), cold pressed orange oil.
