Dragon Fruit & Vanilla Jam

Medium/firm set jam with full seed distribution throughout the jar. Flavour of dragon fruit and vanilla, with a hint of lime. Sweet raspberry confectionary characters, with a caviar-like pop from the seeds. 

How to enjoy

Due to the sweetness, this jam goes well with buttery style pastries and breads such as croissants and brioche. Can also be used in baking and cooking, such as an ingredient in a bread and butter pudding.
